Denise Wilson is the Director and Senior Trainer at Wilkare Social Care. A qualified Social Worker for 30 years, she has over 38 years’ experience in the Adult Social Care sector. Denise brings 24 years of senior management expertise, with a specialism in Care Act compliance and Safeguarding Adult Reviews. Having held roles as a Safeguarding Lead and MASH Manager, she delivers expert training and consultancy, supporting organisations to embed lawful, ethical, and person-centred safeguarding practice.
